We warmly welcome constructive Feedback and Nominations for individuals working in every department, at all levels, in Scottish hotels.

Please tell us about people you consider make a great contribution - including those behind the scenes. Housekeepers, bar staff, events / function staff, wedding planners, spa therapists, department managers, general managers, chefs of all ranks - and owners, investors, leaders... the range of vital roles in this industry is long!

And we really try not to miss anyone out. From the gardeners, porters / concierges and reception team at the start of a stay, to the designers and creatives who shaped the hotel, the mixologist who got that cocktail perfect, to the breakfast staff doing a hard shift with warm smiles. We want your help to say "thank you".

We meet everyone whose Nomination is accepted and have interviewed thousands of Nominees over the years. We draw on industry experts as needed to help with judging and each Category / Nominee is considered uniquely.
