TO DISPLAY IN YOUR HOTEL & ONLINE
Our dynamic new consumer-facing hotel guide will form a key part of the program from 2026 - the public's new guide to the best Scottish hotels. Your own hotel's Gold Plaque will feature on your dedicated PowerPage on the guide and will be featured on the HOTYS site too, as an integrated way of widening the audience for award-winning hotels.
The Welcome Plaque logo is exclusive to PRIME Members.

Scottish Hotel Gold Welcome Plaques™ are
designed to be displayed
at any entrance point of welcome, including reception; or on your
web pages
and
social media. We'll offer an
external sign
and a
check-in desk stand sign
and can offer a version with a QR code to bring up your PowerPage on the hotel guide - encouraging guest feedback.
In a world of stars and numerical rating systems, we hope these will provide you - and your prospective guest - with a way of quickly grasping what the hotel is 'all about'.
It's also a
Scottish system, useful now
VisitScotland
no longer offer QA stars.
The plaques
augment
both
the Hotels of the Year® Scotland awards and integrate fully with the forthcoming Scottish Hotels of the Year Guide - and are available to PRIME Members. They will share a headline quote from the consumer guide's review -
which will, of course, feature all award winners with priority. There is no extra fee - only a cost price supplement if a framing option is chosen.
