UPGRADE YOUR WINNING EXPERIENCE
OR ORDER A REPLACEMENT

These are available exclusively to Active Program Members who have won an award. They are supplied at cost price through the awards - we add no mark-up at all - we simply control quality and correct use of fonts / logos. There are options available and they will be able to be ordered via the site - please just ask us! As a rough guide we will be able to supply a flat glass trophy for around £75 and a crystal column at around £100, plus delivery.

NOTE: REDUCING PARTICIPATION COSTS
Prior to our re-organisation many more crystal trophies were presented at awards events - but costs have risen steeply so we have chosen instead to reduce Active Program Membership fees by 50-66%. We can then offer certain items as cost-price options to our Winners who support the program. We feel this is fairer - and hope you will agree!

ORDER IN ADVANCE

Let us know in advance of an awards occasion - at least one week out - if you'd like the upgraded trophy option, and we can present it to you should you win, and bill you for the cost price plus delivery.

M E D A L S

In many cases we will be able to freely replace a lost Medal and will do our best to help any Winner regarding Medals.


C E R T I F I C A T E S

We will be happy to provide free of charge a replacement or corrected Certificate for all Winners, and can also happily upgrade an A4 to an A3 or A2 for Active Program Members (there may be a small fee, mostly delivery).

**Please note that as we depend on income from Active Program Memberships - which are very affordable and bring many advantages over a year - we must strictly control use of all Active Program Member logos. If the Winner logo version is used by a Basic Member or a non-member then the Awards will invoice the equivalent of an annual membership fee. We are sure you understand - we're finding a balance that gives choice and options, while still being enabled financially by Active Program Members, as supporters, to operate this complex, expensive scheme.
