Nomination / Finalist Letters go out daily until early October but you can ask for a Direct Entry (more here). As we go through research / judging, we will agree your Confirmed Categories with you, and any in which you may be a Finalist. Please ➦enquire anytime, or see ➦Info Hub for options / priority.

Our motto is 'Awards To Guide The Guest Best' - it means winning hotels gain a very specific title - something to helpfully signpost specific qualities clearly to a prospective guest. We don't pigeon-hole hotels into Categories but do consider each hotel's strengths, and its people - doing our best to appropriately celebrate, honour and encourage excellence wherever we find it, in all departments. So, Categories are dynamic as we go through the process. It gives more accuracy.
