The next exciting big Awards Night, featuring a more efficient presentation method, will be on Sunday 22nd March 2026.

National Hotels of the Year® Scotland proudly presented the 2025 Hotel Honours™ for success, achievement and distinction this year. Thank you to all who came, making a memorable occasion - and raising £3K for our friends at ➦HIT Scotland. Our 21st Awards Night partnered ➦ScotHot where our Chef of the Year was presented on the ➦Scottish Tourism Alliance stage.

Discover the first-revealed Finalists for the top National Hotel of the Year Scotland 2026 title - we'll update this site section frequently with Category Finalists. The evolved Seasonal Stars™ for Achievement will be presented each year before Christmas, marking success over the main season. And the Hotel Blue Plaques™ concept, which had such a great reception - and some feedback ideas- in October, will this month show off the final design update, with the first 2026 recipient presentations to be made shortly.

W I N T E R   R E V E A L
After a lot of consideration, we'll finally demo pages from the new Consumer Website guide, as we shape it up to be something of true value to Scottish hotels - to help, we've just appointed a Project Technical Assistant. In December we'll reveal the brand and style of the new guide.

C E L E B R A T I N G   P E O P L E
The new Scottish Hotel People Awards™ event will be held about a month apart from the established Awards Night annually - and we'll shortly confirm details. Hundreds of Scottish hotel staff and management are already included. We plan an occasion with a truly vibrant difference!

Our team's 22nd annual National Hotels of the Year® Awards Night gala dinner is in Glasgow on 22nd March. Hotel Honours™ will be presented at the renowned occasion - featuring major improvements to presentation efficiency. This event focuses on awards to hotels plus top yearly Individual Honours for Industry Leadership, Special Achievement & Lifetime Service.

Early this 2026 season we will announce the extensive new Presiding Team which draws on a wide range of sectors and knowledge - in a new development to guide and empower the Awards and forthcoming consumer guide.
